Why should I use this site for new drivers?
Training new drivers in the importance of the proper package organization, proper delivery processes and understanding the high expectations that there are for drivers can be an ongoing battle. These videos give them a good foundation prior to them going on road with an experienced driver and learning what is needed to become a competent delivery driver. When should I add drivers to the site to take the course?
A new driver should be added after they are clear of the background check and drug screen and before they start doing ride along. Every video has a test following it and the results of the test are provided when all are completed. You may also add existing drivers to test their knowledge or to coach a bad behavior
How long does it take the driver to complete the training?
Most videos are less that 5 minutes long. To complete all the videos and the understanding test should not take more than 1½ to 2 hours
