We created this training platform to assist other service providers with a consistent and thorough driver training process. Having been in the industry for years, we found that there can be too many inconsistencies when new drivers begin working. Common mistakes that should be avoided continued to occur. Lack of consistent and thorough training was always at the core of the issues.
Our training videos provide a solid foundation for any new driver coming into the network. All aspects of the day are covered from organizing the trucks properly, route navigation, deliveries, pickups and end of day procedures. We focus on the best practices we have used in our own operations.
At the end of each training section; the driver will be administered a complete a understanding exam. Results of each understanding exam will be logged and provided to the driver and the service provider upon the completion of the course.
