TRUCK ORGANIZATION
This video covers the essential steps for organizing a delivery truck to ensure efficiency and a stress-free workday. It includes instructions on checking scanner batteries, organizing packages by vision numbers from lowest to highest, and properly arranging large packages in the truck's aisle. The training video emphasizes the importance of correct package placement to save time, reduce effort, and prevent mishaps during delivery. It includes details such as logging into the scanner, handling necessary documentation, and safely departing the terminal.

ADULT SIGNATURE DELIVERIES
The Adult Signature Service (ASR) section covers the steps required for delivering packages needing an adult signature. It includes the process for verifying the recipient’s age by scanning their ID, ensuring they are not visibly intoxicated and meet the age requirement (21+ in the U.S. or 19+ in Canada). The training demonstrates taking the package to the door, scanning the package, handling on-screen prompts, verifying ID specifications, scanning the recipient's ID, confirming age, and collecting a valid signature. Also included is what to do if the recipient does not meet the ASR requirements.
